Welcome to the Buyers Response Alerts service! The following Terms constitute a legal "Agreement" regarding your use of our service. Please read them carefully.

In this Agreement, "you" and "your" refer to each customer (including the subscriber of a participating mobile communications carrier on whose behalf you are entering into this Agreement) and his or her agents. This Agreement explains our obligations you to, and your obligations to us in relation to the Buyers Response Alerts service. Users must be the age of 18 or older or have parental permisson participate.

Buyers Response is a TEXT ALERT  service that sends a TEXT ALERT that a qualified buyer is interested in purchasing the sellers item from Classified Advertisements. Once a seller subscribes to text alerts then prospective buyers are qualified by entering their required information in several fields in order to ALERT the seller with the buyers information that they are interested or “ready to buy” the specific item.  Once the TEXT ALERT  is accepted by the seller, the buyers information is sent to the seller making it possible for the buyer and seller to conduct their business. This is a service that costs $0.99 cents per Alert or if you sign up for the subscription service the cost is $4.99/month Message&Data Rates May Apply. All charges will appear on your mobile phone bill or will be deducted from your prepaid account. Charges for the subscription program will continue until the user opts-out. Purchases must be authorized by the account holder. This subscription renews automatically until the service is cancelled. The carriers supporting this program are: AT & T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, CellularOne, MetroPCS, Alltel, Nextel and U.S. Cellular.
